A marketplace crypto project that connects vendors and customers permit the customer to makes offers to vendors for expensive things using cash (direct payment) or loan payment method (loan which is contracted by the customer in an other platform of its choice, regardless the crypto project in itself that don’t make loans), is this permissible?

This is a bit like buying something online where the merchant (shop) offers third-party credit payment facilities such a Klarna for example. Buying directly is fine. Buying through Klarna’s no interest based option is also fine. However, buying through the longer term interest based payment is of course haram.
